International Shipping and Customs Information
Due to different customs fees and regulations for each country outside of the U.S., it will be the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees for any of that customer's orders from Brixton 81.
Because we decide not to mark up the prices of the Brixton 81 products to cover these fees, we leave it up to the customer to make the decision themselves.
If when your order arrives and you refuse to pay any customs fees that your country demands, your order will be returned to Brixton 81 headquarters and your order will be refunded minus any return fees. If the product is returned and a refund is necessary, we will provide you, the customer, with all and any documentation for full transparency.
How will you know if your order requires a customs fee to be paid? When you enter your email address at checkout, we will activate an email sequence that gives you up-to-date tracking information on your order. We will notify you when your order has been processed by Brixton 81, shipped, and successfully delivered. It will be the customer's responsibility to periodically check the status of their order through the provided tracking and courier information, attached to your shipping email via Brixton 81.
Brixton 81 cannot control and has no say in specific international customs fees or clearance regulations.
